Does anyone have a set of wiring diagrams for gearbox ecu and sensors.
There is no obd codes, brake switch and bulbs are ok, pump motor has been replaced and hums when door is opened, all fuses have been removed checked cleaned and refitted. have not found any damaged cables, I think previous owner had a flat battery and jump started it. When I got it battery was flat again, I charged it up everything else seems to be ok and alternator running I have 14,6v.
even using failsafe start foot on brake and start I still only get N in any gear selection position.

Using as DS150e and you are correct it does not read the gearbox codes.
I have just ordered an ELM and will purchase Multiscan, if I can get the diagrams I can do all the wiring tests myself, the oil for gearbox is black but there are no leaks and no strange noises when engine runs so think dual plate clutch ok. I think it was running ok until battery went flat, it an ex St John passenger transport minibus so well serviced by their mechanics.
The fault came all at once with no other symptoms. I purchased it as a non runner.
I am in New Zealand and 50km from nearest garage that might be able to help me.

Both selespeed and clutch fluids look discoloured

I really need the wiring diagrams as I can fault fine any external probs(wires and sensors) with no warnings of failure before its the most probable cause

Take care. I had a Renault Master with a robotic Quickshift 6 gear box similar to the Comformatic. I lost all the automatic functions and could only drive it 'manually'. To cut a long story short it turned out that two faulty glow plugs caused the ECU to default the gearbox CU to manual.
You could spend a very long time looking for wiring faults and not find a cause.

All the glow plugs are ok, I checked as part of my basic tests.
When I got it the pump motor was not working.
The gearbox is in neutral and after power on tests I get check gearbox with no failures on dash. Upon selection auto or manual get N only.
I don't want to just change parts on chance.
Thanks.

Hello!
I have the same problem. Gear box not avaliable, only in N. And the brake fluid
in cluth system is black. Problem is EVO (Valve Unit, aut. transm. hydraulic unit-MAGNETI MARELLI AMTK013) Because of the bad construction come to wear and oil will be black. In EVO is clutch bearing sensor and if you connect Multiecuscan, you will see bearing fault. But it is not it.
I was buy MES and only reprograme the gearbox with MES and work few 1000km. And then again. I was buy new EVO, but waiting about 3 month for delivery! In this time my computer with MES is all time in motorhome.
More can you reda on

Sorry for my english :(

Thanks, have found damaged wire (overheated connector {red/black} that goes from relay to robotic unit) replaced end, still no power to unit, checked relay and no pull on power, hot wire the red/black wire and pump runs, short across relay no motor run.
Now literally following wires continuity checking every line.

With foot on brake & ignition on but not started can you change gears? If so then clutch problem.
As you say this could be wiring as working ok. I agree with you.
If you open door selector pump comes up to pressure.
If you put foot on brake & turn ignition on clutch servo clicks in. Have someone do this while you have your hand on clutch unit. You will feel it. This will at least tell you that it is getting power.

Electrician found main problem, the contact on bottom of gearbox relay was burnt, (should have checked after finding damage further down the line) new relay base and all ok

Just a comment about these gearboxes and clutch arrangement.
If you were to consider that you are driving a manual transmission (which you are), would you normally sit in a traffic queue for long periods with the clutch in and in gear? No way. Clutch throwout bearing overheats and puts excessive heat into the slave cylinder. That's why the oil goes black - burnt.
My suggestion, which I follow, is to select N when in a queue and only select 1 when ready to move off again. I burnt some oil initially and realised why. I have clean clear fluid since changing my method of driving.
Ian.
