I've attached screen-shots of the two systems, in case the links disappear in future..
You can see the main difference is in the middle pipe, although there's no picture of the silencers of the 28226 system... but the middle pipes look quite different, so it should be easy to tell which system you have.

All the aftermarket pipes should be identical to the OE one. In my experience, they're just often subtly "out" in their dimensions, or where the hanger is located or the alignment of the hangers with the plane of the exhaust, etc.
Recently I had to fit an aftermarket mid-section to my sister's Murano... the hanger was at 9 o'clock on the pipe, instead of 10 o'clock.. so it hangs a centimeter or two lower than the OE and puts a very slight twist in the flexi section... but it fits, it's stainless steel and it's £160 rather than £380 for a Nissan one, so it's "near enough".
I never had any fitting problems with Bosal and I wouldn't be able to tell one apart from an OE one, apart from the manufacturer's markings.. the aluminised finish also looks OE spec.. not "thinner" (or in some cases, non-existent).
I think Klarius bought Bosal aboot 5 or 6 years ago.. and I've noticed there are less Bosal about these days. They may be spending more effort on OE supply.... but anyway, it's always the brand I look for first.
Klarius - I think I've had one and it felt slightly cheaper (thinner/lighter) than a Bosal one.. but otherwise I can't remember any real issues fitting it.
B&M (for me) are the worst for fit.. I had a centre pipe on the Younger Mrs S' Cinquecento that had an slightly oversized silencer compared to OE and that was a PITA to align with the "transmission tunnel" so it didn't tap the heat shield... but it could have been slightly bent in transit (it was visibly not straight) rather than made that way. But.. it cost £28 from memory, so I made it fit..
If you can get an OE on for £102 - 120 then that's a good price and you know it will (or should) fit perfectly.

Ralf so which one is which, I think I have the 067 pipe on our 09 car which seemed to generally line up though the box is round rather than square but it was a pain to fit and not knock but both bits cost less than £100
Ah.. sorry. I didn't include the system number in the bottom left of each picture... but you can see the files are called 28226.jpg and 01510.jpg.
The 067 pipe is for the 01510 system, which is for cars built up to April 2012 according to Bosal. It would be the correct pipe for an 09 Car.
Having said that, our car (May 2013) also has an 067 pipe... which may be because it was bodged in the past, or it could be Bosal's info' isn't entirely accurate. Anyhow, theoretically it seems as though either system would fit on any car, as long as all the parts are from the same system.
As far as I know, all the 500s have a Toblerone silencer, even if the two different systems' silencers have different dimensions . If your silencer is round rather than a Toblerone then I'd say that was just down to the manufacturer who made it rather than it's the wrong type. It could have been a PITA to fit just because it was marginally "out" when they made it.. but at least it's on there now/so don't touch it and you should be okay..

One more question if I may. When I put the Klarius exhaust on temporarily it still leaked, when the original is put on no leaks.
When I get the new genuine exhaust is it worth putting Firegum on first?

I'd put a smear of it around the joint..
It's easier to put the goo on and you didn't need to, rather than you didn't put it on and you did.

I was reading elsewhere that even heat silicone paste will do, but it’ll either be that or firegum.
I think you commented on my other post about rusty rear beam. When I’ve got the bits to clean the beam I’ll remove current exhaust clean up beam then fit new exhaust.
