General 2008 Multipla OEM radio

Anyone out there know where I can source a working original cd / radio for a 2008 Multipla 1.9JTD Dynamic.

Try Ebay, there's one or two being broken for spares, all the models have the same standard slot but not sure whether any of the newer models had steering wheel controls.
I got some door cards from a 2005 model recently off Ebay.

Yes Thanks, have scoured ebay and have only seen one from Lithuania, which I'm not prepared to chance. The search goes on. Thanks for your input.

Hi, a mechanic told me just get the spaires direct from Italy apprently their are still loads of spaires still over their yeah, it might be a pain but nice to know their are still stuff to be found regards Ellbasteedo

Any one got more recent advice on this? My radio/CD player (on Multipla 1.9JTD Eleganza, 2008) stopped working after recharging the battery. Presume there was a power surge but all fuses (for sound system) are OK but no sign of life from the radio unit. If anyone has any ideas what the problem is, whether it is repairable or where to get a compatible radio that would be great.

Being involved with a few of my mates Multiplas and Alfas myself , The units on an Alfa 156/1407/GT models are the same , you just change the front fascia and use the serial number on the body/ chassis of the radio to re code it.

Thanks a lot for that idea. Will bear it in mind if/when it stops working again. Strangely after about 2 weeks of not working the radio suddenly started working mid drive and has worked since.
