Technical 2001 ducatto wiring

family members 2001 ducatto has lostt all power to the radio and a few other bits been told they fuses ar all fine and have been checked does anyone know what relay tthis is fed from so i can check that when i get down there ?
or any other possible causes for the loss of power tto these parts?

I cannot see any reason for a standard radio installation to use a relay. Perhaps there other fuses that have been overlooked?

There's a few other bits not working they said unless they are all powered off the same fuse won't know till the weekend when I have a look

If this is a Ducato 244, need to check fuses #32 (15A) and 25 (7,5A) under dashboard.

Sorry, I have F11 for interior lights, and ignition controlled F3 for Screen Wash Wipe. No mention of radio, or cigarette lighter. No obvious common link.

Is this a campervan?

After a fiddle taking to lower half of the dash off and a play around with all the plugs and relays it stated to work again
Not sure what part it was but now working
