my hunt for new wheels for my panda continues.. i've found some with a fiat pcd but there 185x50x14" the tyres are low profile but there really wide! Do you think they would fit on a panda with maybe the assistance of a spacer. Has anyone fitted 14"'s with no problems??
Thanks guys ;p

Because every fox needs one!

got 14"s on my badboy had to wack a spacer on the back wheels ermm no real rubs unless u throw him through the corrners and u can do that when u have propper wheels but i have a feeling my sus is dead so i need to replace it and lower him:D

Not so much a panda, more of a grizzaly bear. GRRRR

Hi there,

I normally use 175/60R14's and have had to use 5MM spacers all round and longer bolts - a flirtation with standard bolts ended when I realised that they loosened as I was driving.

I have taken the wheels off just now though for refurbishment.

One thing to watch for was that the wheel balance weights (mounted on the 'rear' of the wheel) hit the hand brake cable. So get the balance weights on the front of the wheel or 'relocate' the cable. I took a hammer to the metal cable holders and bent them into a new position - I later repainted and Waxolyled them though, if that is not part of your plan try tie wraps as any bending will remove any residual rust protection.

Regards,

Martin

Fix It Again Tony!

I dont mean to be cheeky Jaff Fox, but what make are the alloys and where did u get them from?

Its just i know loads of people who want alloys in that size and with those tyres that cant seem to find any...
