Tuning 16v conversion , wiring , swap

I was asking Afew months back how to wire up a mk1 16v into my cinq sporting using the punto looM and ecu

Ive since then figured it all out from punto d4 to cinq d4

If anyone needs help feel free to ask or message I’m happy to help my car is booked for MOT on the 17th fingers crossed

Hi, can i ask you how you wired up your water temp gauge?
I connected green-white and grey-green cables on D4 connector and it doesnt work. Sensor is showing good resistance. Also my car doesnt idle when its cold and is not running good overall. I think it might be related to the temp gauge that doesnt work. Looking forward to your answer.

UPDATE: I realised it is supposed to be green/white to green/white. The temp gauge now reacts but still isnt working it just jumps to 130 then back to 50.
