New help identifying what type of engine I am working with. It’s stamped FIAT 132ABO. This way I can research a rebuild kit for the engine.

Hello,
Looking with both numbers (4315035+132ABO) is not giving any results, but only the 132ABO shows a couple of results. Looks like a 1,6 engine from the FIAT / SEAT 131.

But there are so many results it's hard to rely on.
You should find more details on the 131 1,6 engine and compare to what you've got.
Do yo have anything else? or just the engine?

I have other parts that came with the engine. I believe it may be a Lampredi engine.Hello,

The original Fiat twin cam engine was designed by the (ex Ferrari) Italian Engineer, Aurelio Lampredi while working for Fiat in the 1960's. So your engine is a Fiat engine developed from the original Lampredi design.
To better identify your engine, there should be an engine number stamped into a machined surface on the left (carburetor) side of the cylinder block. Older t/c engines had it stamped just above the oil filter housing, later engine had it stamped a little further back, just in front of the engine mounting bracket.

It was used in typical 70-80s Fiat small/medium cars and Seat spanish brand with Fiat license. If it's in USA it should be from Fiat and not Seat, I saw these in 80s tv series. Examples: Fiat 124 Coupe/Spider, Fiat 125, Fiat 131/Brava, Lancia Beta.

yes, I have the complete engine and 5 speed transmission. Here in Los Angeles.
