Pictures of My Top Spec Punto EVO Eleganza (Collecting Wednesday)

I visited the Fiat Super Saver dealer today whilst visting bath to see friends and to see if my car was there.

It was with my number plate attached too

Wasn't ready to drive away as they haven't finished the PDI and prepd it but they let me look around and take photo's.

Unfortunately it was in this little garage and I wasn't allowed to move it but I managed to photo it up.

I hope you like the pics and when I get it I'll upload more. Very exciting though.

I noticed only one problem with it and thats when you hold the unlock button for 2 seconds all the windows go down but the rear left one didn't. But he said that will be easily sorted. It worked by the normal controls however.

They are fitting mudflaps if they arrive before wednesday otherwise my local dealer has the job lol

When he opened the door to the little room it was in I was so amazed. And so glad the inserts were silver. The roof is cool and leather feels really upmarket hehe. Completely chuffed

Very nice car

White is definately the way forward

.The silver inserts look really nice on a white car aswell.

Skydome roof looks very nice aswell.

The windows should be easily fixed. Try the following: turn ignition on (of course :idea

, and then put down the window that doesn't work and when it reaches the bottom, keep pressing the button for 2 or 3 seconds. Then release the button and put the window up. When it gets to the top, keep pressing the button for 2 or 3 seconds. This should do it, but if not, it should be simple and not too different from the procedure above.

Very nice,, but is the window wind from the keyfob supposed to work on all models or is this an option?

Mines dont do that.

manual says certain models only, so guess its only on the eleganza/sporting, unless GP has it aswell?

So basically an Eleganza feature

, unless people go for 5-door + rear elec windows which will be few & far between, i wouldnt of bothered with rear elec if it didnt come as standard.

GP's dont have it

. I kept trying my hardest hoping it would work but it didn't. It's not even added into any packs or extras either.

Just noticed another difference between the GP and the eleganza. The grills are different. The GP has a honeycome grill compared to the striped one on the eleganza. Bearly noticable really.

Mr.boney, I bet your dying with anxiety today waiting for collection time tomorrow haha.

Well because of directline forgetting to post the covernote to the dealer of my insurance they cannot tax the car so pickup tomorrow may not happen

yeah the "Sport" models (GP & Sporting) have the honey comb grill

Collectedmy car today

Thrilled to bits.

Drove home from Chippenham and then cleaned all the dead bugs from the front hehe.

SUCH a huge improvement over the Grande in every way imagineable
