I am sure you are all probably sick of these threads but...

Does anybody else have complaints about the quality from there bluetooth? Seems fine from my end while driving, but everybody I know complains after 1 phone call!
Is that just the way they are or is there a special trick to being heard properly?

Is the external volume in the stereos menu too low,the louder you have it the better people can hear you at the other end (y)
 
Hmmmm... ours seems amazingly well set up from the factory, well with a standard 6300 Nokia at least
 
I had problems with mine, took it to the dealers and they replaced the mic. They said they have had a few with dodgy mic's, they sait they even had one with no mic at all.

will try this before going to back to the dealers. its the only thing wrong with it, so might wait till service time. (y)
 
ive had a new mic in mine aswell for this problem, but its no better.. think it might be the phone!

I've got a Nokia 6300 and I get a terrible buzzing noise whilst on a call. Have you had anything like this at all? Shall I ask the dealer to look at it? I need to take it in to sort out the very annoying boot rattle.
 
The only issues I have are using it at speeds above 60mph where engine and road noise seem to make hearing and being heard more difficult. Round town it's crystal clear :D

Mine has always been ok, the biggest annoyance is the recognition of voice tags the amount of times i have to repeat names before the phone recognises them! i must look like an idiot shouting random names as i drive down the road. :rolleyes:

I had that, then my later nokia was much better :D

can't use the bluetooth at all now with an aftermarket HU(n)
 
I have given numbers to my friends and family rather than names. And it seams to work a lot better. Try it and tell me what you think.
 
I finally worked out mine works OK if i turn external volume up really high, put my D900 in my right jeans pocket and drive under about 50.. why is this not in the manual? easy 3 step procedure! :bang:
