No for now Stilo isn't used by Police...

They have some 147... but only the Polizia Municipale not Polizia di Stato or Carabinieri...

That last photo - the Panda in the background seems to be in the same livery as the Alfa. Dare I say it ... ? A real Panda Car

The sei copcar is a service-car, maybe used in little cities... it isn't armour plated or equipped to transport criminals...

the car patrol (pantere) are Marea 2.0 20v...

In Turin I never saw a sei cop car...
