my tyres delivery time

One time 2 days another time they emailed to apologise that they would take 3 weeks - which was fine by me as the car was offroad - they arrived 4 days after ordering out of memory!

Rubbish in my experience!

They come on the day specified but not on the time specified.

Twice they have delivered too early when no one is in due to the work patterns despite specifying i wanted delivery at a certain time.

I will still use them though although they are currently cant price match at the minute for the tyres i am after

Some couriers IME, only specify a day and not a time. With others, they'll offer it, but only for an extra fee.

well in that case mytyres shouldnt offer the opportunity to specify a delivery time at a certain time then if it is dependent on courier that may or may not honour your specified time

i ordered 2 tyres from mytyres on the 12th of March. They email me an expected delivery day of 22nd. The tyres got delivered on the 18th. Saved my mother £60 so she was over the moon. :)

The two above posts above dave prove my point.

You get a specified delivery time and you make allowances to be in, and then they come early, days early when no one is about.

Most people are over the moon to get items early, but in my case its what makes it a problem. I dont have people at home for parcels as everyone is at work, they should deliver when they say/you specify.

How crap would you feel if you happened to get a nail in your new tyres whilst in Nottingham Dave? Oh and here's me knowing where you're staying, practically within walking distance...you better watch out for those nasty nails :p

 Paul's gone chav :( if i do get a punture now what will you do? :p

Ive not got a mate who works at a tyre place no more, he charged me £40 it don't cost me that at another place where they are not mate, IMO he just sold his friendship, he said he would charge a drink, i thought he would say £10 and i would have give him £20. but 40 quid wtf he drinking vintage champagne
i could have drove 30 miles to abaco and got them done for £25

I haven't ever found anywhere in my local area that does it for less than £10 all in, but it's harsh if you know him! It's a rip off (£10+) for the work.

What will I do if you get a puncture? 1) You would know for a fact it wasn't me ;) 2) I would probably bring down a trolley jack, help you remove it and take you to my normal place to be repaired/replaced and help you put it back on, but you know that...lol.

you had a look on on the mytyres website, as they list garages on there that have agreed to fit thier tyres

my local one will do it for £8 a wheel ( i think i know of a local gypsy run place that will do it cheaper tho :p )
