Stoneacre Fiat Peterborough

tell them you'll be doing a full report after the service on the largest fiat site on the web...(y)

I reported on them on several websites, sent copies to FIAT Uk and several newspapers, it didn't make a scrap of difference, thier attitude is disgraceful, you can't change that, perhaps another dealer in Peterborough needs to be awarded the FIAT franchise. Maybe Donalds Alfa, get all things Italian under one roof.....................

to be fairr fiat in peterborough are all lovely staff on front desk but the prices are stupid.
seriously who has 70 quid to waste just for a diagnostic on whats wrong with something.
i bought a tiny cover for my front bumper .. just the bit to cover toe bar and it cost £10 ... for a tiny peice of plastic and it wasnt even coulour coded. and ive had 2 window wiper motors in the past 11 months that have failed and theyre 130 quid ...

I work for a computing business in boongate & cooks are one of our main customers and they are great for communication and prices ... vw cooks & audi are better then fiat stonacre tbh

Fiat set the prices not the Dealer!

12 months Parts warranty??

I suppose an RRP is exactly as it suggests, a Recomended Retail Price?

We discount parts for forum members etc which brings us in cheaper than the RRP and more in line with some of the internet based sellers.

Stoneacre are terrible.

They charge more for parts, no longer offer Fiat forum members 10% discount and yes, you can buy original FIAT parts cheaper online including postage.

I have emailed them twice and recieved no response or phone call as requested.

The staff might very well be 'nice' but the woman I spoke to on the service desk frustrated the hell out of me, it was like talking to a child trying to explain my technical issue.

This dealership is poor by anyones standards!

I was waiting for a phone call this morning about getting my car diagnosed and gave up after 4.5hrs and rang them back. They were waiting to find a price for a part I don't need before ringing me as I had asked a separate question and they had got confused by me asking 2 different things.

I was not impressed by the prices quoted though - £65 just for diagnostics and £300 for a cambelt change. There must be someone better/cheaper around here as the car isn't worth spending that much on.

I went into Stonacre Peterborough when I was looking to buy my Panda. They couldn't even show me a petrol Panda, let alone let me drive one, of any variety. They expected me to order one totally unseen, wait 12 weeks for delivery, and wouldn't even quote me an APR or finance length unless I ordered. They quote everything in price per week like a catalogue firm. When I left, the first thing I said was, they're not having my money! I went to see a friend to have a try of his Panda before I ordered elsewhere, he said he'd gone in there and come out saying exactly the same thing.

The firm that I eventually used quoted me 5 weeks, turned out to have one in stock, and I collected it less than two weeks later.

Good job this is only about Peterborough and not Stoneacre Hyde, who are, frankly, terrible.....but cheap-ish.
