Orville, the C3 (Pic Heavy)

So the exhaust has made an appearance on the MOT advisory sheet two or 3 times and been welded at least twice if not 3 times.

As leisure lounge regulars know it died and broke in half round the centre silencer and the rear box dropped onto the rear suspension.

So here we go again...

Just a "cheapy" at 400 quid but it looks like the OEM system at least which isn't always guaranteed...we'll see how long it lasts.

Edit.. Ok interesting A2A is apparently a UK built exhaust and they have a 3 year guarantee...I assume the various fast fit centres were marking their stuff up a treat then.

Will say underside of this is surprisingly rust free..

So looking back at this it was September 2021 this failed the MOT on discs and pads.

30k later and well here we are again (first set lasted 17k). This is a rear the fronts were cleaner but had a large wear lip.

214 quids worth of parts later (damn you rear wheel bearings integrated into the disc) and woo..

I probably could have left it until MOT again and fleeced Citroën for the discs but wanted to try none OEM this time round and see if it lasted longer and also I've got a fair bit of driving planned this summer and want brakes that don't make you think "hmm" whenever you get to a long hill.

Having spent several hundred quid on the POS..it got it's first wash this year done by me...last one being the garage when it had a CV boot done.

As it always feels ridiculous to have spent that amount of money on something that looks like it was found in a lake.
