Technical Lost Steering Wheel Controls

I have recently replaced the air-bag ECU, which failed following a flat battery. That is now OK (no dashboard light), but I have lost steering wheel control of my Pioneer AVIC-F88DAB media centre. All the YouTube videos I've watched show a 'Steering Wheel Controls' section in the 'Settings' menu. Mine does not have that section in the menu. Any help gratefully received.

Most steering wheel controls for car stereo's are set in the stereo head unit not in the vehicle settings.
