Technical Labouring / sluggish dualogic 500L 2013

My car doesn't feel right at all , its going up the gears but it just dosent feel as smooth like its struggling with power & just feels rough just got oil & filter change but no different .. bit of a burning rubber smell today when i parked up , no warning lights ! Any ideas ?

there is no errors and no i was advised to get oil and filter change & fuel cleaner before this started, I was told it may help but clearly wasnt the reason
Its defo holding back in some way not accelerating , picking up speed as normal & feels rough if you get me ?
