Styling fiat punto mk2b tail ligths

first of all sorry for my bad english, its not my first language.
i have a fiat punto mk2, 5 doors from 2006. i just bougth it and im loving the car. the only thing that i dont like are the tail ligths. they look kinda old and foggy and i want to change them but affter a quick search here in the forum i just realised that i cant use the tail ligths from the 3 door mk2 in the 5 doors mk2 because they are diferent.

so, is there any thing that i can do or any tail ligths from alternative markets that i can buy to make them look almost like the 3 door version???

No not really

There were some after market lights but these were mainly for the 3 door cars.

If they are foggy then you could probably get away with polishing them rather than replacing them
