does anybody know if the part number for the stilo abarth 2.4 selespeed solenoid variator is EFEL A370?

The part number you quote is not a Fiat part number.
There's two different Fiat part numbers for the 1.8 variator depending on VIN and engine number. i.e.55202772 or 60815644.
EDIT: Sorry, these part numbers are for the 1.8 engine, not the 2.4. See post #4 below.

Erm the OP wanted the part number for a 2.4 engine, not 1.8...
Prize for spotting my deliberate mistake on the way to Yellow Peril.
Fiat part number for the 2.4 variator is 7777221. Same for all versions.
There's a seller on eBay listing one with a part number of EFEL A370 (same typeface and type colour too) for a 1.8, so that one will not be suitable for a 2.4.
