Hi. By picking up the wrong oil pump, the pick up for the crankshaft, the arm was too short so my Dad got one of his customers to make a bracket for the pick up. Now the pick up is quite a distant from the teeth. Does it look sufficient amount or does it need to be nearly touching?
I can't try the engine as we don't have a oil filter, picking one up tomorrow
Thanks alot. Any advice, help would be great.

EDIT:
Sorted it. Hope this isn't too close :p
If it is I can always chuck on another washer.
I moved the sensor to the opposite side of the bracket. Had to dremel

Double edit:
Sorted it even more. Dad came home and overly chuffed with what I've done. put another washer on and now it's absolutely spot on!
Will be firing up tomorrow
