Sorry if this has been answered before. I have been searching around, but I wanted to double check before I order the bits.

I have just bought a set of 14" Seicento Abarth alloys, and I want to fit them to my Cinquecento Sporting. I know the Seicento's have a 10mm spacer for these alloys, but is it the same with the Cinquecento?

Do I just need the 10mm spacers on the front, and nothing on the back?

If thats the case, I'll order a couple the spacers and bolts.

Thanks for your help.

Nearly........but not quite.

Fitted one wheel this evening, and realized that the tyre profile is too high. They have 185/55 R14 fitted. On full lock the tyres scrub on the arch liner.

So, I am thinking of fitting 195/40 R14. I've checked the tyre calculator, and they are exactly the same circumference and diameter as the 165/55 R13 that I have got fitted at the moment, but.....will they fit the Abarth alloy width wise, and will they rub on anything in the arch?

If not, then the next option is 175/50 R14.

I've just been looking at various posts from others with this problem, and I'll also look at modifying the arch liners. As far as I can tell, on full lock it catches a little on the back, and on the vents on the front o/s arch. Hopefully with a little modding, the tyres will possibly be okay.

I got them fitted in the end. I modified the arch liners slightly, and I have driven it around 30 miles so far, to let the suspension settle, and there has been no rubbing. Fitted the 3mm spacers on the rear, as they were rubbing against the handbrake cable.Fine on full lock and fine while cornering and braking. They nearly completely fill the arches, and they look much better. Just got to decide what colour.....leave them white....or maybe black...

That's not a bad idea. I must admit, I've never been a fan of racing stripes.....but I think that the cinquecento/seicento is a car that can pull it off.
