First thing first, Good moods on the engine and car totally. Better and simple can not be. Good luck with car!!!
But i have one question for you ( i think you have more experience to help me ) about marea throttle body that you have install on your engine, can it be installed on punto mk2 1,2l 8v 44KW or i have to enlarge diameter on my standard throttle body?

the marea TB will only fit the 16v as the inlet manifold is totally different, just get your standard throttle body enlarged to the diamiter you want/need

intake manifold of the point 1.2 16v 86 hp, is the same as the 1.4 16v?
He has conducted smaller?
Mounts easily on the head 1.4?

Hard to understand what you mean but the 1.2 16v inlet has a smaller entry diameter than the 1.4 16v. Both are interchangeable on the head side but the 1.4 16v has 4 holes for the throttle body rather than 3. You can make a spacer to change this.

Like this, but then with 3 holes for the throttle body you wish such as 1.2 16v punto or 1.6 brava:

I want to mount the intake manifold on the 1.2 16v 86 hp 1.4 16v. So I wanted to know if the pipes of the collector has the same size or are smaller in diameter.
