In the red key its kinda like a mini glass fuse but its green, however this isnt a red key.... Is there anything else in the key? How did that happen?

Hi mb,nah there was'nt anything else in the key,only that little brown bit i pulled from the hole on the bigger bit.
I thought maybe the chip was inside the little brown bit protected with the plastic.
My bro was turning the key in the winter to open the door and it snapped in the lock,still haven't managed to get the broken bit out yet lol.
Then thats the transponder 
ill get a pic of the red key up later... Im afraid the only way to get the bit of key out is to take the handle and lock out then push the broken bit out with a pick (i had to do it a few times)

They transponder here is a black chip
Timpsons and other such key places, can copy the transponder chip to a new key.

the transponder chip is the one in the orange oval, like Adrian said: "the black chip", but i thought the red line made it unclear. Don't look at the red line, it doesn't matter.
I had a broken key, and being very cheap i didn't pay for the chip to be duplicated, in stead I took apart the cover under the stearing-wheel and using tape i fixed the chip to the ignition barrel.
mi key has no longer got a chip.

Yes it did have the black chip you can just see it in the first pic down inside where i pulled the little long brown bit from.The big brown bit had to be chopped up to get at it lol.
