It are also for Magnum tough times.
He has returned the Ferrari and is now driving a Fiat X1/9.
The X1/9 is the baby brother of the Ferrari 308 GTS.

The video started as a tribute to the Fiat X1/9.
Searching for a tune I stumbled on the theme music of Magnum pi.
This was the start of the idea to do a remake of the intro.
Together with my friends, playing Higgins, T.C. and Rick, we had the cast complete.
It was a lot of fun!

A nice surprise.
In episode #41 they do swap Magnum's Ferrari for an X1/9!
According to magnum-mania.com they use in the scene with the exploding Ferrari a X1/9 instead.*
The X1/9 is hard to recognize, still there is some resemblance.
