Hi folks
Quick question really- does the tightness of the two wishbone to sub frame bolts affect the ride height of the front of the car?

Quick answer.... No.

However, if the bolts have been loosened, you should only tighten them with the weight of the car resting on the wheels. As it's difficult to get to some suspension bolts with the car on the ground and the wheels on, I always rest the hubs on axle stands with the car horizontal before tightening the bolts.

If you tighten the bolts with the suspension hanging, then the bushes will be under constant torsion when the car is lowered to the ground, thus reducing their lifetime.

Picture below is while tightening the rear axle bushes, but the principle is the same for tightening front bushes,
