Technical Windscreen washer hose leak

Hi. I’ve got a 2015 fiat 500x and currently not able to fill my wash/wiper reservoir due to a leak. Recently I found the carpets inside the car on passenger side were absolutely soaked through. Each time I tried to fill the reservoir it was as empty the next day so it appears it’s leaking on to the carpet. My main issue is the car is due it’s MOT this month and obviously this needs fixing. Can anyone give me any clue as to how to access the hose/pipe as I’m new to this and not very car savvy Thanks in advance for any suggestions
