Window tints-Admiral

Hi all, I just phoned up Admiral regarding getting my rear windows tinted. They said that i could only get 30% tinted, which is really annoying. Should i just go ahead and get limo black done and not tell them about it?
Is this too risky ?

I rang them to enquire how much it would be, and it was like £4, and I could have any tint i wanted on the back... they didnt say that was for the front windows did they?

They said that all windows were 30% and anything over that would be declined so am not sure what to do ? so basically all windows are only to be 30%.

They will mean the front and windscreen- legally you can have any tint you want on the rear 3 windows.

i think they may have been confused, the front three you can only legally tint to 30% they must alllow 70% light through. the back three you can do to whatever. but ive never had insurance with admiral so it may be their policy. im with zurich i think or someone and it went up £15 when i declared my tints.

Justify hitting me and you not being covered by insurance because you've done a suggested!

Oh, and just remember that insurance companies on average have to pay out £1mill per person killed in a car smash. Don't thing you cuold afford that if your insurance was void in the event of you being in a fatal accident because you 'Just done it' and insured your car without declairing mod's!

in short, you are allowed to tint the three rear windows however you like.

i'am insured with admiral and have all the rear 3 tinted limo black and they said it's fine. was like an extra 30 pound or somethin for me.

Cheers for all your comment, i fianlly got it done today. I went for 80% tint on the rear windows and it was a fantasic job all for £85..... bargin!
