So Last Saturday I finally decided to remove the CD changer from the Wife's Focus to find out why it s jamming.. While lying across the seat squab with my head under the seat I managed to damage an abdominal hernia. This resulted in a trip hospital and surgery. I now have a four inch incision below my ribcage and am on sick leave for 2 weeks. But at least he CD changer works now. If you have to do this on a Mk2 Focus you have to take the seat out and drill out 4 pop rivets just to get the changers mounting tray out
. The Focus may be 3 years younger and have a third of the miles of my Croma, but it's no more reliable (Battery, broken spring, brakes, failure to sart etc) Anyway sorry to winge, but I'm bored already.
