When it starts is there quite a lot of white smoke that clears after a short while?

I’d start by checking the glow plugs then. I presume once it’s been started first time each day it starts Ok for the rest of the day?
I don't know for the rest of the day.
But i know when is hot its ok.

Glow plugs are new.
I changed it before 1 year

Probably worth checking the wiring to them then to make sure they’re actually working. Sounds a bit like glow plugs to me with the smoke

If starts without problem after few hours?
What do you think?
When the car was cold at the same day.

But if you rev the engine it eventually clears and keeps running you say. Not enough heat in the cylinders
Yes keeps running after throttle.
Its possible the injectors to make this problem?
Stuck open an the fuel runs on cylinders?

There’s lots of possibilities but the symptoms to me sound glow plugs related. Normally worn injectors run rough and smoke even when warm. What mileage has it done as could be a compression issue. If you’re thinking it might be something like that you need to plug it in and post a picture of fuel pressures so we can see what it’s doing. One of the more “technical” members on here will probably be able to help diagnose it better. Anything else I can suggest is just guess work unfortunately 🙂

If the glow plugs have problem.
Why the light at dashboard is off?

With all due respect Pan, Greasyt is trying to help you. Instead of debating him, go check your glow plugs and the wiring! If you find no fault then we can look at other suggestions.
