Technical what type screw in resistor?

hi i need to change resistor in my blower but ive been trying for days to get screw out!! ive no idea what type it is ive tried allan keys, screwdrivers, pliers but no luck

can anyone tell me what it is??:bang:

Posi screw drivers
5.5mm socket
Flats as well it depends
Make sure u fit snug before removing
