General what part is this?

Found under the passenger seat, a cover for something, cant see anything obvious around inside the car?

That’s what comes up if you google the part number. Obviously could be passenger seat if that’s where it was found. Quite a few people have found them under seats!

Yeah; I found one of those in the footwell early on and even FIAT couldn't tell me what it was!
