General What does it mean when the Start / Stop, and the Fuel Cut Off "unavailable" warning comes on ?

What does it mean when the Start / Stop, and the Fuel Cut Off "unavailable" warning comes on ?

If the car runs, its probably a dying battery. Fuel cut off needs a computer diagnostic to reset if it has been triggered by a shock. MES can reset it. Low voltage causes multiple spurious warnings/ lights

I have just today fixed the "clutch pedal wobble" there is a connection box on the clutch pedal for the ( no start without clutch pedal depressed ), but that has never worked for some reason.
