Water behind the dash noise????

Since changing the Thermo i have a water noise behind the dash when i start the car up i bleed the system the using the 2 bleeds on the top of ther Rad but there are no bleeds on the pipes going to the heater... Can anyone help???

I have this same problem! Usually hear it when I rev the car/accelerate and happens 2/3 times.

Within the Service history i have with the car i have a receipt that states that the coolant was flushed and pressure filled...

Has anyone heard of this, will this be the only way to be sure of a completely air free system because with no bleeds on the pipes to the heater how can it be bled properly.....

Open the expansion tank cap and leave it open. Start the engine and rev it to 3000rpm in intervals of 15-20 sec till it the fans kick in.
Monitor the tank fill line - has to be above min all the time. After that turn the engine off, put the expansion tank cap back on and all should be OK.
By pressure filled they mean they put the coolant in that was filled under pressure so it should push out all of the air content. Due to it not free flowing in, the air should be force pushed out.

Thanks Sven, i will give it a go... i tried to get the fan to kick in the first time bleeding it but the engine just wouldn't get hot enough stayed at the half way mark on the temp gauge... this was 40 mins of running the engine

shouldnt the fan kick in when it reaches half way? Mine does.

Thats what i thought but apparently not in my case, the running temp stays at half way and does not go past

so is mine the running temp is half way but it does kick in i think when it tries to go that bit past it..Which is normal i think.

Most other cars ive had the fan only kicked in when they have reached boilin point lol
