Technical Urgent help. Need a panda gearbox cover!

Hello everyone.

For those that don't know, I'm in the process of swapping the 999cc in my 93 CLX for a 1242cc 16v from a Punto. The Panda engine came out today and the Panda's Gearbox was mated to the Punto engine. Unfortunately, in the process the Panda's gearbox-cover was cracked... pics below.











I now need a replacement ASAP, they don't weigh much and could easily be posted in a jiffy bag. Happy to pay a fair price obviously, really hope someone can help.

Could do a swap for any bits you'd like off the 1 litre, SPI engine

Check my resto thread....looks like I maybe able to help. I will know more in the next few days. It sounds harsh but Im hoping I won't be able to help you......

The cover's been welded up now and fitted back onto the gearbox so it's not as urgent as before, but not sure how well it will hold so I'll certainly still be looking out for a non damaged one to replace it...

Your restoration project looks great, good luck and hope it's all going well (despite the gearbox mishap)
