General Uno hanbrake

Feel stupid asking this but where is the handbrake cable adjuster on UNO 1.0IE injection, its a late model (1997) just obtained it in Malta - dont know if they were imported to UK? I have a picture of the adjuster for much earlier models but mine doesnt look the same.

Is it not directly under the handbrake lever, or slightly back - accessed under the car? maybe thers a cover or heatshield in the way (like on the seicento).

Just maybe the design was changed and it's at the rear wheel end .

Either way it should be at either end of the cable

Thanks, found it underneath near handbrake partially covered by a shield.
