Technical Uconnect freezing on logo

I have a Fiat Tipo 2017. The Uconnect screen gets stuck on the Fiat logo and after a while the system restarts and gets stuck on the logo again. I can't update because of this. I also get an error message on the parking assistance and sometimes the system goes out completely. Every now and then there is sound from the speakers and I see that my phone is connected. The buttons on the steering wheel also sometimes respond but usually not. I would like to know what the solution is for this.

First thought a failing Blue&Me module?

However for a proper diagnosis a connection to MultiEcuScan or AlfaOBD is necessary.

I read it with multiecuscan, autocom and even witech. I keep getting 3 error codes back so I think the module is just defective. I have also measured the Can Bus network and I don't see any disruption here. although I don't know if the telematics module is sending messages at that moment. I have already done all the reset procedures but this does not work. A new module costs almost 2000 at the dealer and with a used one I have to wait and see if I will get it working.
