General Tyres!!!!!!!!

Well, my car went in for its first service and i needed 2 new tyres on the front of my t-jet.
Just wondering what sort of mileage people are getting out of their tyres as i only got about 13,000 miles on the continentals it came with.
If anyone has got any references on which tyres are best etc for grip and mileage.
For info i have the larger wheels, 18's i think.

Swap them to the rear as you may find ur rear tyres are as new.
Thats what I did, now the original set done just over 23k and I expect to replace all four tyres in 2k miles time, not bad for the heavy mjet engine.

I just changed my front two tyres a few weeks back. I had the Continentals also on mine and I got 19500 miles out of them. That was 70% motorway miles and 30% town driving.
