General Twin egr Ducato LPEGR cooler failure

I know there are a number of people here who have suffered this problem and maybe some I don't know.
Recently I seen a little extra detail in a post from someone Ive helped, this got me thinking and I got a couple of questions for those that have had problems.
1 Have you got the original c of c if so what is date it left factory
if not earliest date info you have eg date it arrived at dealers forcourt or date of registration.
these can be quite different eg mine left Sevel nov 16, Left Rapido may ,17 reg march 18 Another (Panel Van) i know of landed southampton march 17 then 2 months in Bristol, return to Southampton Docks then forward to dealers.
2 MAP sensor. do you know what was part number of original MAP sensor and was it replaced in any work done by Fiat Pro.

I'm hopping to consolidate a few ideas.
