Hi, back in the day, I had a black 1990 super Panda which I modified as I was that sort of age! Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to get it off the road and had nowhere to put it so I gave it away and I'd be curious to know if it's still about. I had it a couple of years and in that time I removed the decals, tinted the rear windows, dropped the suspension 60mm, added mirrors from a Vauxhall Nova, spoiler from a Citroen AX, debadged the boot, put on Punto alloys, tinted the rear lights, indicators and side repeaters, put on a Peco Big Bore 4 exhaust, had a custom made meshed grille made for it, fitted an Isuzi Trooper bonnet scoop, sprayed the dash blue and silver and put in subs, amps, etc. Also had an alarm fitted after the third time it was broken into. Cam belt snapped and when the engine was rebuilt, I had the head skimmed and gas flowed and it seemed really fast afterwards and the speedo needle would go all the way round past the 100mph mark. Probably loads more I did but we're going back a few years now and unfortunately I don't have any photos of it. Having waited for the custom made grill to be completed, I had had it on a day when someone reversed into the front of me. His Audi seemed unharmed whereas the Panda had a smashed headlight and slight damage. The driver didn't want to go through insurance and so paid me out and my dad bought me a Tipo with the proceeds. Regret it now but at the time, a bigger engine and electric windows and suchlike were too tempting to pass up.
