General Transmission Issues on 2017 Fiat 500X Pop – Anyone Else?

Hey everyone,
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced transmission issues with a 2017 Fiat 500X Pop 2.4 L (automatic). Lately, I've been having problems with jerky gear changes—mostly when accelerating or slowing down. It's been happening more frequently and the jerkiness is getting pretty aggressive.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what ended up being the fix? I'm trying to figure out if this is a common problem or if I should be preparing for a bigger repair.
