Welcome.
You're not likely to find a new one these days. There are several used on eBay in the UK right now. If you get a 'foreign' one it may be difficult to get new maps as I'm not sure if Tomtom still support it with updates. I haven't been able to update mine for several years.
You can get new batteries for them - I got those on both my devices replaced last year.
