I think you're question is a bit too vague for anyone to answer.

What are you actually asking, are you planning to buy this car? use it daily? use it as a race car? If you are going to use it as a race car then what are you asking? is it going to be competitive, easy to work on? are parts available for it?

If you're looking for a race car to use for racing then this forum is probably not the best place to get advice on owning and running a race car, you would be better off asking on a motor sport forum in the class that you are looking at racing in.
