Good Evening - its been a while since ive posted, as the 500 has been neglected a little in favour of the Panda 100HP. Anyhow, my thermostat flap is sticking after getting a good run out, so its hot enough- how do i go about freeing the mechanism up?

It may be that the actual thermostat itself has come to the end of its life. The only definate way of checking that is to test the thermostat in a sauce-pan of hot water. To do this, you will most probably have to take the thermostat housing off, and remove the thermostat from its linkage. Whilst you have the housing off, take the opportunity to check the flap and its pivot-shaft
