Technical Thermo fan temp switch

Hi I have a 2013 fiat Ducato series 2
Having troubles with cooling system
Can’t get thermo fans to come on with radiator temperature.they currently only come on when a/c is running if a/c is off they don’t come on.also if turn on with a/c and you turn ignition off thermo fans won’t turn off they will run till battery flat.i have replaced cooling relay already.cant find cooling temp switch on radiator can anyone help.
Not sure if this is it where radiator hose goes onto engine

As much as this forum would like to be of help with your problem, but this forum is for AIR-COOLED engines (Fiat 500/126), I think that you really need to consult the apprpriate forum for a sensible answer.
