I thought it was about time that I started to get stuck into my B as it were
I bought it at the end of March this year and apart from the alloys, hoops, different stereo and painting the cam cover oh, and the strutbrace, I have not done anything so here I am going to portray what I am doing al la Doc
So, this afternoon I made a small start. I sprayed the battery clamps in my favourite colour
Next week I will be fitting two gauges, an oil pressure gauge and an oil temperature gauge. I think I will be putting these dials either attached to the central console on the passenger side or attached to the plastic cover underneath the airbag again on the passenger side. I will post pics of course.
Then onto the braking system. Grooved discs are on their way to me along with greenstuff pads front & rear, goodrich stainless hoses and the calipers will be coming off and getting a coat of my favourite colour
I will also be investing in a GSR induction kit and I am contemplating going down to Oldschool to let him remap the ecu to take advantage of the induction kit.
It's about time I started to get some use out of my investment in all my tools
