My Panda has the twin sunroofs that some seem to have.

However the front one has clearly been replaced in recent times.
The rear in contrast is certainly the original from 1988.

There ar a number of leaks and the fram has now become unstable with rivets rusting etc.

I need to find a servicable rear roof but email the parts finders things have proved fruitless.

Anyone got any tips for getting a replacement rear sunroof? Any good parts people?

Cheers
Jonathan

Hi, I'm in the middle of building a 'special' 4x4 and , if all goes well, may have a spare rear sunroof early next year...would this help?

I hope you manage to find one: my FIAT parts CD turned up again today during a tidy up...

Two years ago the rear kit of bits "1" was a few pence under 200 UKP.

Hi, i'm going to look at a Siseley in a field some time this month for it's doors.
I'll check the sunroofs out and post my findings.

On mine part 15 is broken and isnt taking to glueing - and the general condition id below par.

the frame isnt held together with rivits in a couple of places and the metal strip in the front of the fabric is falling apart (rust).

It will survive for a while yet I hope.

The part "15" is also quoted as a separate part:

SUPPORTO

2.17 UKP

Assuming it is the bit that is fastened to the car that keeps the roof shut..

Finding somewhere with stock (that doesn't want you to order 5) is another matter though - it's only 16 grammes though, so postage shouldn't be out of the question.

You might want "8" the rivet too:

0.62 UKP

Note these prices are out of date by 2 years..

Hi, is part 15 the plastic snap-clip or the rubber fastener ?

The way I see it:

the rubber fastener is part 4 - "TIRANTE ELASTICO" - 6.46 UKP or thereabouts.

part 15 is the piece riveted to the metal of the roof aperture, and part 3 is the lever/handle which locates into part 15 in one of two different ways - one being fully closed and taut, the other with the end of the lever/handle pointing straight down and locating into 15 to give an open "tilt sunroof" effect.
In the "tilt" position you use a different slot in the rubber fastener to keep it shut.
