Suicide Knobs Illegal/Legal?

Seen a guy at work use one, but hes only got one arm...so guessing as Dave said, they are legal if you are disabled.

A mates Dad has one but like everyone else is saying, he too is disabled. Has lots of controls on there too.. not just on it's own from eBay lol

My Grandad had one when he could still drive, although he too was disabled - could only drive the car with a "knob".
