General Strange dash button Fiat Fullback 2017

I have just bought a 2017 Fullback there is a button/switch on the panel below the aircon panel next but one to the USB flap. Does anyone know what it does. Photo attached

Looks like an aftermarket device..

But I know very little about the fullback..(orJapanese built vehicles in general)

Does it illuminate when pressed?
