Technical Stop lights

The right brake light is not working, and the dashboard shows that the left brake light is not working. There is no power on the pin that powers the right brake light.

Odd. It sounds like bad connections possibly earthing. Inspect and clean everything. Right light could be run across from the left side. Check the wire connecting the two sides has not been damaged / suffered a break. If there are breaks in the circuit or bad connections the display can mislead you.
