The only problem that I can think of about FIAT is that unfortunatley for FIAT they sell through stonacres and from my recent experiences they are the most incompetent people on the face of this planet. Now this does not mean all stoneacre staff, just the customer service side and sales. I will never ever as long as I live nor let anyone I know ever buy a new or used car of this group. Any stoneacre people around to comment? Or will it take months for you to reply???

I brought a brand new car and it was faulty, Since the 23rd of last month I have had the car for only 2 days. Out of 17 this is pretty bad. Stoneacres don't sense any urgency and will be having there car back very soon!

Stoneacre Hyde was where the car came from, as for which car, well any car from these people is a mistake as you just don't get any help whatsoever should the simplest fault occur.

I could`nt agree with you more. we took our fiat ulysse to a stoneacre garage for a cambelt change exactly three weeks later its knackered, the water pump has collapsed wrecking the cambelt but, the dealership take no responsibility. True it could happen at any time but three weeks and less than two thousand miles later? What does this tell you, the manager of said stoneacre won't answer any of our calls?! I think fiat's are excellent vehicles we also have a Doblo but the dealership? Forget it.
