Hi All,

I think I have a problem with my ECU, does any one know how to reset them.

not sure would a battery disconnect 1hr do the job?

I don't think there is a reset for the 8 valve JTD engine management ECU. Which engine do you have, and what is the problem?

Why are you wanting to reset the ecu?

disconnecting the battery clears the short term learned adjustments and fault codes but the adjustments stored in the eeprom memory (throttle position, phonic wheel, long term adjustments) will be retained.
You will need diagnostic commands and the proper equipment to reset these values.
