smoking after oil change i changed oil on my fiat ducato and new filter but after that its smokes black smoke and it like lost a bit off power i took some out and went too garage and says its normal level . can it that the engine is dirty and smoke from the dirty oil it was long in the dirty oil .But if i give full gas there is nothing only if i drive on high rev bit strange what can be that any idea some said i need reset something but the thing is nobody seems get in the management from the car for diagnostic not accept it because i have aswell a yellow light on dashboard something about child seat passenger site but how can i turn that off drives me bit crazy thanks for advice

Any chance you disturbed the turbo pipes or intercooler as if air leak on inlet side then may account for black smoke and low power.:)
Ir Turbo control pipes/sensors?
Some vehicles have a switch in glove pocket area passenger side to turn off airbag if child seat fitted, but also if seat sensor cannot correctly detect passenger side occupation.
If keeping the vehicle it may be worth investing in a full version of MES diagnostics which many on Forum can advise on. Check compatible with your model as did't work on my 2010 2.0 Fiat Scudo.
